Velvet Rhodes (Betrovka) hails from London, England, beginning her career in music playing and singing alternative rock music in several bands and then going onto theatre in London after studying at RADA. Her recent television appearances have been as Tabitha's Cousin Witch on the daytime soap Passions as well as appearances in Hang Time and Married.......With Children. Film credits include Circuit Riders, Fast Forward, and Dog Ciao. Theatre is her true love and she played Ilsa Mueller in His Honor which won the USC Playwriting Contest in 2005.
